ABOUT US

Our PURpose

Our purpose is to Engage, Encourage, and Equip Pastors & Ministry Leaders!

The Emmaus Center for Biblical Teaching (ECBT) seeks to mentor a new generation of teachers for biblical teaching in a variety of Christian settings by deepening their biblical and theological knowledge, increasing their pedagogical skills, and strengthening their character.

Based on the revelatory experiences of the resurrected Jesus, who taught the scriptures to two disciples on the road to Emmaus (Luke 24), the Emmaus Center values the unfolding of God’s Word in transformative ways.  The ECBT is a non-profit 501(c)(3) educational corporation in the state of Hawai’i and serves all US churches and international partners.
